Junior Designer to Senior Designer
At Ann Taylor, my first job out of college, I gained valuable experience in in-house design and art direction. Starting as a junior designer, I collaborated closely with the marketing team to bring their vision to life. Through increasing responsibilities and larger campaigns, I grew into the role of senior designer, developing a comprehensive skillset. This experience taught me the importance of collaboration, communication, and attention to detail in design.
